Why we're here
Cocoa farmers work tirelessly to grow the beans that bring sweetness to our lives. Yet too often, their efforts go unseen and their rewards remain small. That doesn’t feel right to us. We’re on a mission to change it.
Every time you pick one of our products, you’re helping to fund real change, from better tools to new income streams, for the people who make your cocoa possible.

How we can make impact happen
Every whisk, sip, and sprinkle helps grow livelihoods, restore land, and build brighter futures.
When you buy from us, you’re part of a movement that changes how cocoa is grown, traded and valued.
Upgraded tools
Upgrading tools and equipment so farms produce higher quality cocoa and earn more.
Safer, fairer farms
Improving facilities so farming is safer, fairer and more sustainable.
Stronger incomes
Diversifying income opportunities through agroforestry, so farmers are less vulnerable and more self-reliant.
Shared profits
Profit-sharing becomes the norm, so value flows back to the people on the ground, not just to brands.
Respect for human rights
At The Cocoa Circle, respect for human rights is fundamental. We uphold internationally recognized standards, such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
We oppose forced and child labor, discrimination, and unsafe working conditions, and support fair treatment, freedom of association, and safe, dignified work throughout our value chain. We see this as an ongoing responsibility and remain committed to learning and improving.

Our company does not engage in lobbying activities and does not seek to influence public policy, legislation, or regulatory decisions, either directly or indirectly.
If our approach to public policy engagement changes in the future, we will develop and publish a responsible lobbying policy aligned with transparency and ethical conduct.
