The Recipe

Follow these steps to create your masterpiece

Ingredients

  • 60 g all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 115 g cocoa drops

Method

Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a baking pan with butter and set it aside.

Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Set aside.

Creaming

In another large bowl, use an electric beater to mix the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.

Combining

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Baking

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the blondies are firm and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cooling and Serving

Allow the blondies to cool in the pan. Once cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
