Raw cacao is minimally processed at low temperatures, helping preserve more of cacao’s natural compounds like antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and fibre.
Its flavour is bold, earthy, and naturally energising, ideal for smoothies, breakfast bowls, health drinks, and no-bake treats. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
Because it’s heated at much lower temperature and isn’t alkalised, raw cacao keeps its natural acidity and earthy character. For baked recipes where a smoother, more mellow chocolate flavour works better, we recommend our Cocoa Powder instead.
