  • 30 ml milk

Whipped cream

  • 80 ml cold heavy cream
  • 10 g sugar

Chocolate layer

  • 30 g cocoa drops

Method

1. Prepare Cookie Crumble Base

Crush the cookies into fine crumbs. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with baking powder and milk until well combined. Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute. Let it cool slightly.

2. Prepare Whipped Cream

In a clean, cold mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cooled cookie crumble base.

3. Prepare Chocolate Layer

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the whipped cream layer, spreading it evenly.

4. Chill

Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

5. Serve and Enjoy
