The Recipe

Follow these steps to create your masterpiece

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 16 g vanilla sugar
  • 120 g strong coffee
  • 350 g lady fingers
  • cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar

Method

MAKE THE FILLING

Beat mascarpone and icing sugar for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Set aside. In another bowl, pour whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix until stiff, about 1 to 2 minutes. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture with a spatula until smooth.

Assemble the tiramisu

Spoon the cream into a piping bag. Dip the ladyfingers into the latte. Start with the dipped ladyfingers first. Finish with a layer of cream and sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder.

Chilling

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
