This blend is built for winding down, not knocking out. L-theanine, magnesium, reishi, and apigenin work together to ease a busy mind toward sleep. How relaxed (or sleepy) you feel depends on your own body chemistry and lifestyle, so start with one scoop in the evening and see how you feel!

We’ll be upfront here: reishi mushroom and apigenin can interact with certain medications, including blood thinners, sedatives, and immune-suppressing drugs. If you're on any prescription medication, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding this to your routine.

At the amount used in this blend, reishi is considered safe for most healthy adults as part of a daily ritual. That said, if you take medication regularly, have liver conditions, or are otherwise unsure, check with your healthcare provider before using this daily.

Each 9g scoop provides roughly 5mg of magnesium. It's a small contribution toward your daily magnesium needs, working alongside L-theanine and reishi as part of the blend's calming effect.

No. L-theanine is a naturally occurring amino acid found in tea leaves, and there's no evidence it's addictive or that your body builds a tolerance to it, unlike caffeine.
