Place the baking sheet or plate in the freezer and freeze until the strawberry yoghurt mixture is firm about 1-2 hours.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Remove the frozen strawberry yoghurt bites from the freezer.
Dip each bite into the melted chocolate, covering it completely, and place it back on the parchment-lined sheet or plate.
Allow the chocolate to set by placing the bites back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes.
