  1. Prepare Strawberry Mixture
Hull and cut the strawberries into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry pieces with the yoghurt, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
  2. Freeze Strawberry Mixture
Drop a spoonful of the strawberry yoghurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate, creating small cookie-like shapes. Place the baking sheet or plate in the freezer and freeze until the strawberry yoghurt mixture is firm about 1-2 hours.
  3. Melt Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Cover Strawberry Mixture with Chocolate
Remove the frozen strawberry yoghurt bites from the freezer. Dip each bite into the melted chocolate, covering it completely, and place it back on the parchment-lined sheet or plate.
  5. Set and Serve
Allow the chocolate to set by placing the bites back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes. Once the chocolate is set, enjoy your delicious strawberry yoghurt cookie bites!

Refreshing yogurt and strawberry combo, but the cookies were slightly dry. Needs a touch more moisture.

  7. Camila

These were refreshing, but a little dry. Adding a bit more yogurt made them softer the second time around.
