  2. Add Remaining Ingredients
    Using a spatula, gently fold in the chocolate drops, hazelnuts, and crushed biscuits into the cream mixture. Reserve some for decoration if desired.
  3. Transfer to Freezer Container
    Transfer the mixture into a sealable container suitable for the freezer. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Decorate
    Decorate the surface with the remaining chocolate drops, hazelnuts, and biscuit pieces.
  5. Freeze
    Cover the container securely with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming. Place the container in the freezer and allow the ice cream to freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  6. Serve and Enjoy
    Once the rocky road ice cream is fully frozen, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
