Ingredients
200g flour
200g caster sugar
200g oatmeal
200g butter
2tbsp syrup or honey
2tsp baking powder
4tbsp warm water
200g cocoa drops

Preheat the ovenPreheat the oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

Mix the Dry IngredientsIn a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut, flour, sugar, and oatmeal. Stir with a wooden spoon.

Melt the Butter and SyrupIn a medium-sized pan, melt the butter and honey (or syrup) over low heat until fully combined.
