Layers of bliss with our Banoffee Desserts in Glass! These no-bake delights feature buttery biscuit crumbs, luscious caramel, fresh bananas, and a creamy topping, all beautifully layered in a glass. Quick, easy, and utterly irresistible!
Ingredients
250g Whipped cream
2tbsp Granulated sugar
200g Cream cheese
2tbsp Icing sugar
1tsp Vanilla extract
200g Biscuits
50g Granulated sugar
50g Butter (Melted)
400g Caramel sauce
2 Bananas
100g Cocoa drops

Prepare the Whipped CreamIn a mixing bowl, beat the whipped cream and granulated sugar for 2 to 3 minutes until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture and combineIn another mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and icing sugar for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and mix briefly until a smooth cream is formed. Set aside.

Biscuit CrumbsGrind the biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender.
In a separate bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter and 50g granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.

Slice the BananasOn a cutting board, slice the bananas evenly. Set aside.

Assemble the DessertsIn each serving glass, layer the ingredients in the following order:
1. Biscuit crumbs
2. Caramel sauce
3. Sliced bananas
4. Cream cheese mixture
5. Chocolate drops
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top.

Chill and ServePlace the assembled banoffee desserts in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Before serving, garnish each dessert with additional chocolate drops, if desired.
