125g unsalted butter
125g cocoa drops
6 eggs
50g caster sugar
50g flour
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the aluminum baking tins or ramekins well with melted butter.
2
Melt the Chocolate and ButterIn a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water, melt the butter and chocolate together.

Prepare the Egg MixtureSeparate 4 eggs; the whites are not needed for this recipe. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks, remaining whole eggs, and sugar with a mixer until very fluffy and doubled in volume.
4

Gently fold the chocolate-butter mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in the flour as lightly as possible.
5
Divide and BakeDivide the batter among the baking tins. Bake the moelleux in the oven for about 9 minutes.
