Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C. -
Preparing the Cookie Dough
Mix all the cookie ingredients, except the chocolate spread, in a bowl until you achieve a dough with large crumbs. -
Assemble and Bake
Spread half of the cookie dough with your hands in a pie pan approximately 24 cm in diameter. Spread the chocolate spread on top, then cover with the remaining dough. Bake for 30 minutes. -
Serve and Enjoy!
