Instructions

  1. Toast the almonds
    Heat a pan over medium flame and toast the almonds slightly; stir continuously to avoid burning them. Transfer them to a bowl when done.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients
    In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt, and whisk properly.
  3. Heat and Mix
    Heat honey and vanilla extract in a pan or microwave for 10 seconds and pour it over the almonds. Mix well using a spatula until all almonds have a sticky appearance.
  4. Add dry Ingredients
    Lastly, add the dry ingredients to the bowl and toss them to coat the almonds with cocoa.
  5. Enjoy!
    Delicious cocoa dusted almonds are ready to be devoured!
