Description
This is an original recipe for a classic Italian dessert with layers of ladyfingers soaked in very strong coffee and creamy, smooth mascarpone topped with cocoa powder. Chill for a perfect blend of flavors.
Ingredients
4tbsp granulated sugar
400ml heavy cream
500g Mascarpone
16g vanilla sugar
120g strong coffee
350g lady fingers
cocoa powder (for dasting)
100ml milk
4tbsp powdered sugar

MAKE THE FILLINGBeat mascarpone and icing sugar for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
In another bowl, pour whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix until stiff, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture with a spatula until smooth.

Assemble the tiramisuSpoon the cream into a piping bag. Dip the ladyfingers into the latte. Start with the dipped ladyfingers first. Finish with a layer of cream and sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
