Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients
    Mix the cream, sugar, and chocolate in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat when the cream starts to boil.
  2. Mix in Agar Agar
    Mix the agar agar into the panna cotta until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Pour into Glasses and Chill
    Pour the panna cotta into 4 or 6 glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  4. Make the cream
    Mix the whipped cream, vanilla sugar and whipping cream stabilizer. Then add the mascarpone, mix until combined and place in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve
    Take the chilled panna cotta out of the refrigerator, add a nice dollop of whipped cream on top, and decorate with the forest fruits.
