300g cocoa drops
70g Cranberries
25g Coconut (Grated)
150g Almonds (Roasted)

Chop the almondsCoarsely chop the roasted almonds and set them aside.

Melt the Chocolate and MixMelt the chocolate drops using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

Mix All the IngredientsIn a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, cranberries, coconut grater, and chopped almonds. Mix well.

Shaping and ChillingLine a baking tray with parchment paper.
Scoop out portions of the chocolate mixture and shape them into rough rock-like shapes. Place them on the prepared baking tray.
