

Coarsely chop the roasted almonds and set them aside.
Melt the chocolate drops using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, cranberries, coconut grater, and chopped almonds. Mix well.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Scoop out portions of the chocolate mixture and shape them into rough rock-like shapes. Place them on the prepared baking tray.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Place the tray in the refrigerator to allow the rocks to set completely.
Once set, remove the chocolate cranberry almond rocks from the refrigerator and serve as a delicious snack or dessert!
