Craving something sweet? Our Chocolate Cranberry Almond Rocks combine melted chocolate, roasted almonds, tart cranberries, and shredded coconut with a hint of sea salt. These treats are quick to make—and even quicker to disappear!
Instructions

Chop the almonds
Coarsely chop the roasted almonds and set them aside. -
Melt the Chocolate and Mix
Melt the chocolate drops using a microwave or double boiler until smooth. -
Mix All the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, cranberries, coconut grater, and chopped almonds. Mix well. -
Shaping and Chilling
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop out portions of the chocolate mixture and shape them into rough rock-like shapes. Place them on the prepared baking tray. -
Decorate and Freeze
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Place the tray in the refrigerator to allow the rocks to set completely. -
Serve and Enjoy
Once set, remove the chocolate cranberry almond rocks from the refrigerator and serve as a delicious snack or dessert!
