Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, The Cocoa Circle cocoa powder, and chocolate drops. Stir to combine.Prepare Bananas
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.Mix Ingredients
Add the mashed bananas to the oat mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform.Shape Cookies & Bake
Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and lay them on the prepared baking sheet, shaping each portion into a cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly golden on the edges.Garnish & Enjoy
