  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients
    In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, The Cocoa Circle cocoa powder, and chocolate drops. Stir to combine.
  3. Prepare Bananas
    In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  4. Mix Ingredients
    Add the mashed bananas to the oat mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform.
  5. Shape Cookies & Bake
    Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and lay them on the prepared baking sheet, shaping each portion into a cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly golden on the edges.
  6. Garnish & Enjoy
    Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with extra maple syrup for garnish. Enjoy your Banana Cocoa Oat Cookies as a healthy snack or breakfast treat!
