Ingredients
Wet ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
100ml milk
60ml vegetable oil
70g sugar
45g butter
1tsp vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:
1tsp baking powder
2tsp bicarbonate of soda
1tsp cinnamon
50g cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
100g chocolate drops

Prepare to bake:Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line a baking tin with parchment paper.

Mix wet ingredients:In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Beat thoroughly until well combined.

Combine with dry ingredients:Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.

Add chocolate dropsGently fold in the dark chocolate drops.

BakePour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle with extra chocolate drops.
