  1. Prepare to bake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Beat thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Combine with dry ingredients:
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  4. Add chocolate drops
Gently fold in the dark chocolate drops.
  5. Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle with extra chocolate drops. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and serve:
Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Reminds me of the banana bread I used to bake! Soft, not too sweet, but I’d add more cinnamon.

I tried this banana cake this morning, and it was good. The flavors were nice, but nothing too special for me.
