These cappuccino brownies are a decadent treat, combining the bold flavors of espresso and dark chocolate. With a fudgy texture and a drizzle of white chocolate on top, they are the perfect indulgence for coffee and chocolate lovers!
Ingredients
225g Butter
115g Cocoa drops
2 Eggs
1 Egg yolk
1 1/2tbsp Instant espresso (Granular)
300g Sugar
1/4tsp Salt
1tsp Vanilla extract
125g Flour
25g Cocoa powder
Topping
150g Cocoa drops
50g White chocolate drops (Melted)

Preheat the ovenPreheat the oven to 175 °C. Line the baking tin with baking paper.

Melt the Cocoa dropsPlace the butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt in a bain-marie. Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly.

Mix All the IngredientsBeat the sugar, eggs and egg yolk. Mix the chocolate mixture and add the instant espresso and vanilla extract.Then mix in the flour, salt and cocoa powder.

Bake the brownies and coolFinally, stir the chopped white chocolate into the batter for the coffee brownies.
After cooling, place the brownie in the refrigerator and cut the brownie into nice pieces the next day.

Decorate and enjoy!Before serving, sprinkle the coffee brownies with the melted white chocolate and then place them briefly in the refrigerator until the chocolate on top is firm. Cut them into pieces.
