Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Line the baking tin with baking paper. -
Melt the Cocoa drops
Place the butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt in a bain-marie. Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly. -
Mix All the Ingredients
Beat the sugar, eggs and egg yolk. Mix the chocolate mixture and add the instant espresso and vanilla extract.Then mix in the flour, salt and cocoa powder. -
Bake the brownies and cool
Finally, stir the chopped white chocolate into the batter for the coffee brownies. After cooling, place the brownie in the refrigerator and cut the brownie into nice pieces the next day. -
Decorate and enjoy!
Before serving, sprinkle the coffee brownies with the melted white chocolate and then place them briefly in the refrigerator until the chocolate on top is firm. Cut them into pieces.
