

Mix the butter and sugar together. Add the egg, the vanilla extract and honey.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir everything together with a spoon until smooth.
Roll the dough into large balls, ensuring enough space between each cookie.
Bake for 10 to 11 minutes at 180°C. The cookies may still look soft when they come out of the oven.
Mix the cream and chocolate drops together, melting it until smooth.
Spread the topping on the cooled brownie cookies and sprinkle with the sprinkles of your choice.
