Description
These brownie cookies bring the best of both worlds: rich, chocolaty flavor with a perfect balance of crispy edges and soft, chewy centers. They’re incredibly easy to make and deliver all the indulgence of a brownie in cookie form perfect for any cravings!
Ingredients
  • 110 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g light brown sugar
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 180 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
    • Topping
  • 100 g cocoa drops
  • 100 ml heavy cream
Instructions

    Cream the Wet IngredientsMix the butter and sugar together. Add the egg, the vanilla extract and honey.

    Add Dry IngredientsAdd the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir everything together with a spoon until smooth.

    Shape and bake the cookiesRoll the dough into large balls, ensuring enough space between each cookie. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes at 180°C. The cookies may still look soft when they come out of the oven.

    Prepare the Chocolate ToppingMix the cream and chocolate drops together, melting it until smooth.

    Decorate the CookiesSpread the topping on the cooled brownie cookies and sprinkle with the sprinkles of your choice.
