Cream the Wet Ingredients
Mix the butter and sugar together. Add the egg, the vanilla extract and honey. -
Add Dry Ingredients
Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir everything together with a spoon until smooth. -
Shape and bake the cookies
Roll the dough into large balls, ensuring enough space between each cookie. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes at 180°C. The cookies may still look soft when they come out of the oven.
