Chocolade Panna Cotta

Trakteer uzelf op een hemelse chocolade panna cotta, waar rijke cacao en fluweelzachte room samenkomen voor een dessert dat gewoonweg onweerstaanbaar is. Deze eenvoudig te maken Italiaanse klassieker heeft een gladde, zijdezachte textuur die smelt in uw mond, perfect in balans met een vleugje zoetheid.

Instructies

  1. Combineer de Ingrediënten
    Meng de room, suiker en chocolade in een steelpan en breng aan de kook. Haal de steelpan van het vuur wanneer de room begint te koken.
  2. Meng de Agar Agar Erdoor
    Meng de agar agar door de panna cotta totdat het een egaal mengsel wordt.
  3. Goten in Glazen en Afkolen
    Giet de panna cotta in 4 of 6 glazen en laat het minstens 3 uur in de koelkast opstijven.
  4. Maak de Room
    Meng de slagroom, vanillesuiker en slagroomstabilisator. Voeg dan de mascarpone toe, meng tot alles gecombineerd is en zet in de koelkast.
  5. Serveer
    Haal de gekoelde panna cotta uit de koelkast, voeg een flinke lepel slagroom bovenop toe en versier met de bosvruchten.
