We support Estelita’s mission to share sustainably farmed cocoa products with the world by directly funding a land regeneration project at La Campesina Del Cacao.
Together, we’re transforming unproductive land into a healthy, biodiverse cacao plantation.
ESTELITA’s Favorite Cocoa Recipe
Soft, chewy, and loaded with chocolate goodness, these Galletas de Chocolate are the ultimate cookie experience! We learned how to make these extra chocolatey cookies from the amazing cocoa farmer Doña Estelita, whom we met on our last trip to Hacienda de la Campesina del Cacao, a cocoa farm in Tabasco.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups flour
90g softened butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup Cocoa Drops
