Moelleux au chocolat

Un dessert au chocolat riche et onctueux, avec un cœur fondant. Cuit à la perfection en seulement 9 minutes, il est idéalement servi chaud avec une boule de glace à la vanille.

Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. Préchauffez le four
    Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Graissez bien les moules en aluminium ou les ramequins avec du beurre fondu.
  2. Faites fondre le Chocolat et le Beurre
    Dans un bol résistant à la chaleur placé au-dessus d'une casserole d'eau chaude (ne pas faire bouillir), faites fondre le beurre et le chocolat ensemble.
  3. Préparez le Mélange d'Œufs
    Séparez 4 œufs ; les blancs ne sont pas nécessaires pour cette recette. Dans un bol séparé, battez les jaunes d'œufs, les œufs restants et le sucre avec un batteur jusqu'à ce que le mélange devienne très mousseux et double de volume.
  4. Mélangez les Préparations
    Incorporez délicatement le mélange chocolat-beurre dans le mélange d'œufs. Ajoutez la farine en veillant à ne pas trop la travailler.
  5. Diviser la pâte et Enfourner
    Répartissez la pâte dans les moules. Faites cuire le moelleux au four pendant environ 9 minutes.
  6. Servez
    Transférez les moelleux dans des assiettes et servez selon vos envies. Nous vous suggérons d'ajouter une boule de glace à la vanille.
