Fondant au chocolat

Ce fondant au chocolat est un dessert époustouflant, étonnamment facile à réaliser. Instructions

  1. Faites fondre le chocolat avec le beurre
    Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Faites fondre le chocolat avec le beurre au micro-ondes. Mélangez et laissez refroidir.
  2. Préparez la pâte et faites cuire.
    Dans un bol, battez les blancs d'œufs en neige, puis ajoutez le sucre, la farine et le chocolat fondu. Fouettez pendant 1 minute. Versez la préparation à mi-hauteur dans un moule beurré et fariné d'environ 15 cm de diamètre. Faites cuire pendant 15 minutes.
