Lily’s Favorite Cocoa Recipe

Palanqueta is a typical candy with peanuts and caramel , it’s very popular and we wanted to do our version with our cacao nibs, because white almond cacao has some notes similar to almonds, peanuts or nuts. The recipe is easy and you can customize your own Palanqueta adding other seeds .

INGREDIENTS

100g cocoa nibs
3/4 cup sugar
5g butter
5g cinnamon powder
1g of salt
1 spoon of vanilla
1 chocolate bar 70% cacao
