Prepare the Dates
Deseed the Medjool dates and soak them in water for at least 3 hours or overnight for better results. -
Roast the Hazelnuts
Briefly toast the skinless hazelnuts in a dry frying pan to enhance their flavor, or use pre-roasted hazelnuts. -
Blend Ingredients
Add the soaked dates, roasted hazelnuts, cocoa powder, and melted coconut oil to a chopper or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add small amounts of water to achieve the desired spreadable consistency. -
